10K Run & 5K Run/Walk
The 10K and 5K routes are competitive events (The 5K is on a USTFA Certified course, Certification # TN 10040MS), with CASH prizes for overall top male and female and awards for the top finishers in each age division. Again this year, R.A.C.E Nashville will be timing the event using chip timing. The courses are flat and follow scenic routes. The Trek and Treat is a great chance for a PR!
1-Mile Fun Run/Walk
For those who want a shorter route or slower pace, join us on the 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk. This is a great event for people of all ages to come out and pay tribute to those affected by cancer. Come show your support in the fight against lung cancer! Participants are welcome to dress in costume to show their Halloween spirit.
Goblin Gallop/100 Yard Dash (8 and under ONLY)
The Goblin Gallop is a fun and special race for the younger children. All the Goblins will receive a t-shirt and a special treat! We can’t wait to see the little ones dashing around Thompson Plaza again!
Student Discounts
Students of all ages will receive a discount off their registration fee for all races, except the Goblin Gallop. To apply the discount, please contact the Event Director, Amanda Thompson Jordan, at [email protected] to receive the discount code before registering online or by mail.
Halloween Costumes
All race participants are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes! If a costume is going to inhibit your running capabilities, then feel free to wear clothes that are orange & black or otherwise show off your Halloween spirit. We will be awarding prizes for Best Individual Costume and Best Duo or Group Costume. We can’t wait to see your Halloween spirit!

Championchip Timing provided by R.A.C.E Nashville, a professional race management company.
